There is no guarantee on regular polish; we always recommend gel polish.
Please note that your nail technician will do their best to be on time. However, keep in mind that they may not always be punctual because each person's nails are different, and sometimes it can take longer than expected. Therefore, there may be times when we are unable to see you at your scheduled time.
Additionally, not every client is comfortable and easy to work with. If you cannot wait any longer, please let us know in advance so we can arrange for someone else to assist you.
